Reset for your week ahead with a calming class combining gentle seated yoga stretches, balancing breathwork, and guided meditation. Ease of of the practice with some calming tea, card pull and a moment to relax, allowing the full benefits of the practice to settle in. Beginners Welcome. Sundays 7:45–8:45PM, Upstairs Bridge St, Castlebar, F23PN20. Our wellness evening was such a lovely experience for the whole team. It couldn't have come at a better time as we are right in the middle of our busy period. I’ve taken part in Emma’s breathwork course as well as a distance reiki session, and I found both to be deeply enjoyable and relaxing. Her classes are so engaging, and the tea and chats afterwards create such a lovely space to connect with people from all walks of life. I hadn’t tried distance reiki before and was unsure how it would feel, but the experience was very much like an in-person session. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who isn’t able to attend with Emma in person, for whatever reason.

I attended Emma’s Mindfulness Workshop with a group of work Colleagues. The Programme is insightful and calming. The Class helped me to become more aware of my thoughts and emotions and myself.
